Tomcat 6 error on startup: Commons Daemon procrun stdout initializedError occurred during initialization of VM

I noticed the following exception in Tomcat logs: Commons Daemon procrun stdout initializedError occurred during initialization of VMjava/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/Object

Resolution: Go to C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\bin and double click on tomcat6w.exe. This will open the Tomcat 6 properties. Go to Java tab and check the path for jvm.dll under Java Vitual machine textbox. This should be under the same JRE that is used for all other purposes like keystore, JAVA_HOME, etc. This fix should resolve the problem.

Gitlab change project visibility from private to internal

Apparently there is no clicable option in the GITlab portal to change the project visibility from private to internal or to public once that is set at the time of creation. In order to do this, you will have to add "/edit" string to the end of your repo URL and it will show the setting page. The "Permissions" section can be expanded to change the visibility and click "Save Changes" to get your changes reflected. Hope this helps.

I encountered this weird exception on X server even after configuring the Tomcat  configuration file properly same as i did for other server  Y where it is working fine.
